Welcome to Truth Trench Think Tank. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of truthtrench.org and all associated tools and services.

1. Our Services

Truth Trench Think Tank is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit veteran-owned think tank. We provide free open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools and research resources to help citizens verify information and engage in independent research.

2. License to Use the Tools

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our OSINT tools for personal, non-commercial research purposes only.

3. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and tools are provided “AS IS” without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the tools or information obtained from them.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Truth Trench Think Tank from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or tools.

Refund Policy

Truth Trench Think Tank is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All of our OSINT tools and digital resources are provided completely free of charge.

Digital Products & Tools: Because our tools and content are provided at no cost, we do not offer refunds.

Physical Merchandise: Any physical products (such as apparel, mugs, or other items) are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Refunds or returns for physical items are handled according to Printful’s standard return policy. Please contact us at info@truthtrench.org if you have an issue with a physical order.

Shipping Policy

Physical merchandise is printed and shipped by our partner Printful. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical processing time is 2–7 business days before an item ships. Once shipped, delivery times are estimated by the carrier (usually 3–8 business days within the United States, longer for international orders).

We do not control or guarantee exact delivery dates. Tracking information is provided when available. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Red, White & Bluegrass Event Policies

By purchasing a ticket or Livestream Pass to the Red, White & Bluegrass benefit concert, you agree to the following event-specific policies in addition to the general Terms of Use above.

Live Performance Ticketing Policies

  1. All tickets are purchased online through our ticketing portal. Tickets are not available at the door the day of the show.
  2. Tickets go on sale October 1st, 2026. All tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis.
  3. Tickets are sold by Section only.
  4. No Reserved seats | No Saving Seats allowed.
  5. No empty spaces between seats.
  6. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult; not suitable for infants or young children under 5 years old.
  7. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
  8. Clear Bag Policy: for security purposes, no backpacks, briefcases, purses, or bags are allowed to enter the theater the day of the show. All personal items must be placed in a sealed, clear plastic bag to gain entry.
  9. No food or drinks allowed in the theater.
  10. All cellphones and pagers must be put on vibrate or silent mode during both live shows.
  11. No audio or video recordings of live performances are allowed.

Livestream Policies

  1. Livestream Passes are sold online only through Truth Trench Think Tank.
  2. Passes grant access to both the 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM livestreamed performances via a private streaming link sent by email before the event.
  3. Livestream Passes are non-refundable after purchase.
  4. Livestream Passes are for personal, non-commercial viewing only and may not be redistributed, rebroadcast, or publicly shared.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
