Every purchase made through our website helps support our educational programs, independent research, leadership development initiatives, and public awareness campaigns. We appreciate your support and strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused.
- Be in the same condition in which it was received.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Digital educational materials
- Online courses or digital memberships
- Downloadable software or templates
- Personalized or autographed books
- Products damaged through misuse
- Products marked as Final Sale
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in limited circumstances, including:
- Books showing obvious signs of use
- Products not in their original condition
- Items damaged for reasons not caused by Truth Trench Think Tank
- Returns received more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your return.
You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within several business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your financial institution, as additional processing time may be required.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced merchandise is eligible for refunds.
Items purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or special discounts are considered final sale unless otherwise required by law.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or contain a manufacturing defect.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before returning your merchandise.
Signed Books
Personally signed books are customized specifically for the purchaser and generally cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item once the return has been approved.
If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please contact us for return instructions before shipping your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error or a defective product.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted.
For higher-value purchases, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Truth Trench Think Tank cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages that are lost in transit.
Educational Events, Workshops & Speaking Engagements
Registration fees for conferences, workshops, executive retreats, leadership training, or speaking engagements are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in the applicable registration or engagement agreement.
Scheduling Contributions made to reserve executive speaking engagements or workshops are governed by the signed Executive Engagement Agreement and are generally non-refundable once an event date has been reserved.
Donations
Truth Trench Think Tank is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Charitable donations made to support our mission are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate or unauthorized transactions.
If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly so we may review your request.
