Cohort Structure

Each cohort consists of 20–40 businesses.

Each business is represented by one primary participant—typically the founder or lead operator—responsible for execution during the program.

Participants operate alongside a cohort of second-stage business owners at the same level, creating a shared standard of accountability and performance.

Additional team members may join during the in-person phase.

Phase 1: The 90-Day Execution Challenge

Before you step into the room—you prove you belong in it.

Every accepted business enters a 90-day operational campaign supported by:

Instructors guiding implementation of the system
Mentors providing real-world insight and accountability
Senior Fellows at Truth Trench reinforcing execution standards and alignment

Days 1–30: Align

Rebuild your business into a clear, executable system.

Days 31–60: Execute

Run your operations through the framework daily.

Phase 2: 7-Day In-Person Deployment

After the 90-day challenge, participants deploy in person.

You will spend 7 days in Traverse City.
