1. Our Services

Truth Trench Think Tank is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit veteran-owned think tank. We provide free open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools and research resources to help citizens verify information and engage in independent research.

2. License to Use the Tools

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our OSINT tools for personal, non-commercial research purposes only.

3. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and tools are provided “AS IS” without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the tools or information obtained from them.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Truth Trench Think Tank from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or tools.

Refund Policy

Truth Trench Think Tank is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All of our OSINT tools and digital resources are provided completely free of charge.

Digital Products & Tools: Because our tools and content are provided at no cost, we do not offer refunds.

Physical Merchandise: Any physical products (such as apparel, mugs, or other items) are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Refunds or returns for physical items are handled according to Printful’s standard return policy. Please contact us at info@truthtrench.org if you have an issue with a physical order.

Shipping Policy

Physical merchandise is printed and shipped by our partner Printful. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical processing time is 2–7 business days before an item ships. Once shipped, delivery times are estimated by the carrier (usually 3–8 business days within the United States, longer for international orders).

We do not control or guarantee exact delivery dates. Tracking information is provided when available. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
