The military trenches you’ll find here on Truth Trench will predominantly send you to the DVIDS RSS feed. The reason is, each military branch has outsourced their media marketing and outreach to Defense Video. It is our intention to pull in the feeds from each branch separately as available.
We find this to be interesting, to say the least, that each branch does not maintain an outbound correspondence with the public. It is our desire at Truth Trench in communications with the military to provide people with an apparatus for vigilance.
Often, the military regards outside people like mushrooms.
“We feed them crap and keep them in the dark.”
Truth Trench is actively communicating with the branches of the military and the government departments, notifying them that they need to have more transparency. We do so as an institution for societal benefit and public betterment, more than anything.
Citizen vigilance is the chief component in maintaining accountability. Truth Trench will be the chief proponent to gaining such transparency. It is imperative that we the people have a clear understanding of what is going on out there.
